The Futanari Princess V0.032 Patch Notes


A new version will be available to my Patrons here tomorrow. I'll post it on Itch a week later for everyone else. 

This last month was a rough one for development. I went backwards and forwards. Lots of changes were made. I ran into some very frustrating problems and made some design changes. I'll explain them all below. The update contains more art, but less content. 

October's release will include Damerel City and parts of Damerel forest. I'm working on Battlers and combat stats for the game. This may take a bit for me to get right as I've never done that before.

On a separate note, MZ does not currently have a linux deployment button. I don't currently have a way to make it in Linux, but I'm working on a solution. It may take me some time, but I hope to have something for next months release.

New Content

New Engine

I switched to using the RPG Maker MZ engine. Perhaps I should have waited a little while for plugin development to catch up, but the project is still very small. If I changed at a later date, it would have been a daunting task. I have copied over most of the content from the current release of the game, but I am not finished polishing it. I don't like the current parallax mapping options for MZ so I'm waiting on that for now. Down the road I may revisit parallax mapping and update the art in the beginning of the game to match. For now it will be modified RTP. 

The engine runs faster and speeds up the development process. There is one downside that I've found so far. It won't natively deploy into Linux. I have a few fans that prefer that to windows. I am working on a solution for this. 

Artwork

  • The first H scene is finished and implemented in the game. It is Auriel masturbating in bed next to Danora. 
  •  Bust images for Xanica have been implemented, 
  • All of the game maps are now different. Was this daunting? Yes. Did it take up a ton of my time. Yes.
  •  Animated battler for Auriel is completed, but we don't have any  battles yet. You can dig around in the art files to find it if you want. 

Jeddon City

  • City and Castle maps condensed into one.
  • The castle is more of a manor house to fit the small nation. 
  • Animated the book in the chapel of Ophili. Possible bugs here still, but the dialogue should be fine.

Bug Fixes

  • Vanishing Danora Bug Fixed
  • Walking glitch during prologue fixed
  • Walking to kitchen warped player to the debug room
  • Entering the Brothel was a trap. No exit transfer event.

I'm aware of some bugs with the pathways and buildings in Jeddon City. The artwork is not final and I'll come back and tweak things down the road for the final look.
